Bob Duke, Owner

Bob’s philosophy is that you need to work hard every day and treat everyone with respect. He enjoys working with clients to improve their homes, specializing in kitchen & bath design as well as commercial flooring. Bob worked in the grocery industry for 15 years before buying Floor Magic in 2005. Since then he has not only expanded to a second showroom in Rockport, but has grown the business into a thriving, community-based mainstay.

Amy Wheelis, Co-Manager

Amy has worked at Floor Magic for over 15 years, starting out as a sales assistant in the Rockport showroom, and working her way up to co-managing both showrooms with Bob. Amy came to Floor Magic after working the flooring department at a big box store. Outside of work, Amy is a volunteer fire fighter and regularly attends training to improve her skills. She is a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.

Tim Badgley, Sales

Tim Badgley has been a resident of Lincoln County since 1998. He wrapped up a 30-year career in print production at Courier Publications in Rockland as Director of Commercial Print Services, producing 60 community newspapers each month across the State of Maine. He thoroughly enjoyed a 5-year-stint in customer service at LL Bean’s flagship store in Freeport. Tim is proud to have joined the Floor Magic team in 2021 and loves walking to work from his home, just two doors down the road.
